How long is the consultation?
30 minutes. We keep it focused — quick intro, your goals, our honest take on what would actually move the needle for your business, and any questions you have.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
Genuinely free, no catch. There's no obligation to hire us afterwards and no sales pressure on the call. If we're not the right fit we'll often point you to someone who is.
What should I prepare before the call?
Nothing formal. A rough idea of what you want (new site, Shopify store, Google Ads help, SEO audit) and your current website URL if you have one. We'll do the rest.
Where are you based?
Sutton Coldfield, B76 — north Birmingham. We work with businesses across the West Midlands including Birmingham, Solihull, Lichfield, Tamworth, Four Oaks, Mere Green, Boldmere and Walmley. Calls are over Google Meet so we can also help businesses anywhere in the UK.
